OSHQ POS is the company and platform brand (oshqpos.com). CommandPOS is the core software product operators log into. CommandPOS AI is the AI capability inside CommandPOS. commandpos.ai is a secondary product domain intended to redirect to CommandPOS — not a separate parent brand.

Orders, checks, seats, courses, fire/hold/send, split checks, transfers. Kitchen routing. Cash drawers, tips, reconciliation. Offline-first strategy is a Phase 0 research deliverable.
CommandPOS composes the OSHQ POS modules into the day-to-day operator surface: floor, tickets, KDS, shift, guest, back-office. Modular and role-aware. Pre-launch; no production POS today.

Research tracks — no committed integrations, partners, processors, or certifications today. We separate POS software from payment assumptions and evaluate processor, gateway, and terminal SDK options alongside PCI, P2PE, EMV, tips, chargebacks, funding, and reconciliation implications. Any go-live requires an explicit decision gate.
CommandOSHQ is the operational brain and holds canonical org/tenant/workflow/notification/integration authority. CK3000 is institutional memory and AI governance. CommandPOS AI is the AI surface inside CommandPOS, governed by that model. No anonymous AI callers. No AI action bypasses authorization or manager approval. Immutable audit trails on sensitive POS actions.
